‘Let’s just call it what it was: It was an abortion,’ she continued. ‘An abortion to save my life for a baby that had absolutely no chance. And to be honest, I never, ever put that together until, actually, a few months ago.’

Chrissy’s husband of nearly ten years, John, recently opened up about his wife and how he has grown within their relationship during the On Purpose With Jay Shetty podcast.

‘How she reacts to stress, how she reacts to life, how she can find a joke even in the craziest, even in grief, she’s able to find humor,’ the All Of Me singer expressed. ‘I just really have seen her in all kinds of situations. I just value her more, and am in awe of her more than I ever have been.’

He also admitted that early on in their relationship, he didn’t feel like he was a ‘great partner’ and that he was ‘more selfish then.’

John explained that as he has gotten older, he has also matured. ‘You need time to become that person you want to be.’
